An unannounced inspection was initiated on 07/21/2025 and completed on 09/29/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of programing and physical plant. This inspection included observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
