Inspector Notes
An announced monitoring (initial) inspection was conducted on August 23, 2023 from 9:10 am-11:00am. The sample size consisted of 1 provider and 1 household members record.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
3Evidence: The following hazardous materials were observed and determined accessible to children. These items were labeled "keep out of reach of children" and labeled with at least one other statement "warning", "flammable" and "hazardous".
1. Insect killer and weed killer were in the unlocked shed in the outside play area
2. Laundry detergent, bleach, disinfectant and household cleaner observed in laundry room
Provider has added locks to each cabinet
Evidence: Spray paint, bug spray and a blow torc were all observed in the unlocked garage on a shelf.
Evidence: In the outside play area there are stairs with 3 risers and that do not have guardrails that lead to an outside deck.
