An unannounced inspection was conducted on 11/09/2023 to follow-up on non-compliance observed at the 10/20/2023 initial inspection.
There were four (4) children in care with the provider when the inspector arrived at 12:45 pm. The ages of the children counted for a total of 12 points. Nap was reviewed.
The inspector verified correction of violations in the areas of physical equipment and safety, emergency requirements and capacity of the home.
