Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/02/2024 from 11:00am - 12:55 pm. There were a total of 7 children in care with 3 caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 22 points. Records were reviewed for 8 children and 4 caregivers/household members.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
