Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 9/4/24 from 10:45am to 11:45am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There are children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies and their records were reviewed for allergy care plans. The last lockdown drill was documented on 6/28/24. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
