Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated 60 day inspection was conducted on October 30, 2023 between the hours of approximately 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. There were no children present at the time with the provider. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review and provider interview, the provider failed to maintain an up-to-date record at the family day home for each enrolled child.
