Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated 60 day inspection was conducted on October 30, 2023 between the hours of approximately 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. There were no children present at the time with the provider. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
