Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 4, 2024 between the hours of approximately 6:50 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. There were 2 children present with the Provider for a total of 2 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving to the home and watching a movie. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, caregiver and household member records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
