A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on record review, staff did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence:
1. Staff record #1 (DOH 10/31/23) did not have current cpr certification. Staff record # 2 (DOH 9/1/23) did not have current cpr certification.

Plan of Correction: Staff will get the training this month. Staff #1 had the training but there was a problem with getting the certificate.
