Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/25/23. At the time of entrance, 2 children totaling 4 points were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 4 children's records and the provider's record and the household memeber's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, eating snack, handwashing, participating in educational activities and free play. There have been no injuries and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.

1. The two shelving units in the childcare areas rocked when pulled on presenting potential tipping hazards.
