Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was conducted on May 1, 2024 from 3:00 P.M.-3:30 P.M. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health & Safety (Valley), on May 1, 2024 regarding the physical plant, and that the center did not have running water. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant. All sinks and toilets were checked to ensure that the facility had running water.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is determined to be "not valid". No violations were issued.
