Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was completed from12:15 until 1:20pm. There were 13 children and 3 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 staff records were reviewed and 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, and preparing for rest time and during rest time.

Information gathered determined no violations.
