Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/29/2024 and completed on 7/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff interview, the center failed to ensure linens be cleaned and washed at least weekly.

Evidence:
Interview with Director revealed linens are cleaned and washed every two weeks.
Plan of Correction: Director will ensure linens are cleaned and washed weekly.
