An unannounced inspection was initiated on 5/10/24 and completed on 6/17/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/9/24 relating to allegations of supervision. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
