Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was completed on 10/05/2023 from approximately 1:00 p.m. ? 4:00 p..m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Two staff record was reviewed and the background checks for the program owner. The facility can accommodate 115 children. The ages to be served will be 16 months to 5 years old. The information gathered during the inspection did not determined violations with applicable standards or law(s).
