Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 04/11/2024 from approximately 2:15 p.m. ? 5:45 p.m. There were 44 children present and 5 staff supervising. Six child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws.
