An initial announced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on August 24, 2023 and concluded on August 28, 2023. On August 24, 2023 the licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 11:30am until 1:00pm. There were no children in care. One provider was present. One provider?s record was reviewed.
