Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/21/2024. There were 55 children, ages 18 months - 4 years, 10 staff members providing direct care and supervision, and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, mealtime, teacher directed activities and child directed activities. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 7 medications, and 2 agent/applicant records were reviewed. Two inspectors arrived for the inspection at approximately 8:15 am and departed at approximately 10:25 am.
A licensing inspection and self-report inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
