An announced initial inspection was conducted on September 15, 2023, from approximately 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Space and equipment observed were appropriate for children ages 2 1/2 years- 8years The exit interview was conducted with the applicant. The inspection will be reviewed by administrator for license issuance.

Based on observation, the applicant did not ensure hazordous substance shall be kept in locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
