Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on August 21, 2023 from 9:30 A.M.-10:30 A.M. The facility was toured and all indoor and outdoor areas to be used for care were measured for capacity. Some items reviewed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation maps and procedures, arrival and departure procedures, medication and hazardous materials storage, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, and two agents background checks.
A recommendation will be made for a conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 40, serving children ages 11months-12 years of age.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
