During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 1:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (39) children present and (8) staff, across (5) classrooms. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (13) staff records on-site on 03/12/2025.
This inspection included: document review (i.e. files, Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, no medication was on site); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2A can of disinfectant and a can of air freshener with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? were unlocked in the combined Toddler/Preschool classroom, was out of reach of children, but stored out in the open on top of a bathroom cabinet. Neither were in use at the time of observation.
Staff #4, who did not meet lead teacher qualifications, was with a group of children in the toddler/preschool classroom today. Staff #13 who did not meet lead qualification was with a group of children in the Infant II classroom today.
