Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 9/7/23 from 10:20 am to 12:40 pm. There were 3 children (6 points) in care. A walk through of the family day home's indoor and outdoor space was conducted to assess the physical space that will be used by children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, emergencies and nutrition, records, and emergencies. The family day home is equipped with a landline telephone. Records for the provider and household members, forms for children's records, the emergency preparedness plan, pet vaccinations, and first aid supplies were reviewed. The family day home had a sufficient amount of age appropriate materials for children's use. No violations were cited during this inspection.
