Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/15/24 from 10:30 am to 11:25 am. There were a total of 11 children present (23 points) including a resident child in the care and supervision of 2 staff members. The children were observed playing outdoors in small groups that included play on equipment, outdoor kitchen and the use of small building trucks and gardening tools. There were no children with allergies or medications. 3 children's records, 2 staff records, attendance, emergency drill logs and other daycare postings were reviewed for compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
