An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 2/11/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 9:45 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the family day home, interviews and observations.
