During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on 3/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:45am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and one caregiver; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1fit inside shall be inaccessible to children under five years of age. Latex balloons were found in an area accessible to children under five years of age.
