Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on July 18, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:00am and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 92 children present and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review of Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, and toured the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the to the program.

Based on observation, a shady area was not provided on playgrounds during the months of June and July.
Evidence
The children were not provided a shady area on the playground during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The item to provide the shade is onsite but needed approval before we could install. Approval has been granted and shade will be provided to the children on the playground.
