Inspector Notes
Today an unannounced (focused) Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 11:45am-1:00pm. There was a total of 6 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed coming back from a walk, playing with toys and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection.
