Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 09/01/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, special care provisions and emergencies, and background checks. A total of 2 Applicant/Agent records were reviewed. The center was measured to determine the license capacity and the required emergency supplies and policy/procedures were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:45 am and departed the center at 10:00 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
