The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 03/05/2024 and concluded on 03/05/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 02/16/24 for allegations regarding supervision, behavioral guidance and diapering. Interviews, record reviews and policy reviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegations, so the complaint could not be substantiated.
