Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 03/14/2024. The inspector was on site from 2:40pm until 4:00pm.
There were 5 children, ages 7 to 8 years old under the supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed during indoor free play and snack time. Three children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
