An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/19/24 from 9:00am to 10:50am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
