Plan of Correction: All documents, have been posted on the parent board at the front of the school. These documents are posted for the convenience of the parents to view ongoing licensing policy or violations that may involve the school environment for which their child attends.

Annually, the provider shall: Obtain the parents signed acknowledgment of the review the child?s emergency contact information.
1. Child A was overdue by 1 year and 5 months for an annual parent confirmation that the required information in the child?s record was up to date.
2. Child B was overdue by 1 year and 5 months for an annual parent confirmation that the required information in the child?s record was up to date.

Plan of Correction: All parents have reviewed and updated their files according to rules and regulations of the childcare guidelines. Each parent have signed and dated their files. Parents have also acknowledged that their child's emergency contact information is correct.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.
There was no evacuation drills practiced for the months of September, October, November, December of 2025 and January 2026.

Plan of Correction: Due to rearranging Office files, The fire drill Log was placed in an unfamiliar area. This prompted the redesigning of a new fire drill log. Fire drills, Shelton in place and hurricane drills will all be performed at the regular timeframe.
