Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/18/2024 from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. There were seven children present ranging from two to three years old and one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Seven child records and one staff record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. Please sign and complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s). The emergency drill documentation reviewed for 11/27/2023 and 01/02/2023 did not document: the time of the drill; the method used for notification of the drill; the number of staff participating; the number of children participating; any special conditions simulated; the time it took to complete the drill; and problems encountered, if any; and for emergency evacuation drills, weather conditions.

The record for child, C2 enrolled 12/11/2023 did not document a second designated person to contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached.
