Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 29, 2024, beginning at 9:50 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m. with the provider. There were no children in the care during the inspection. There were no children?s records to be reviewed. The provider and three household member?s records were reviewed. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. Not all the standards were able to be assessed during this initial inspection.

Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not obtain a Central Registry check for household members 18 years of age or order within 30 days of beginning to reside in the home. Evidence: Household #1 began residing in the home February 2024 but did not have a Central Registry findings in their record.
