The provider is required to obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form for each caregiver and adult household member every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
Household members 1 and 2 did not have current tuberculosis screening results in their records. Their tuberculosis screenings were overdue by one month.
