An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/25/2023 between the hours of approximately 1:05 p.m. and 1:55 p.m. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, a walk-through of the home was completed. Physical plant, emergency supplies, model forms, and caregiver and household member records were reviewed.
