Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on September 30, 2024. The inspection started at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 2:10 p.m. There was 1 child present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The child's information shall include name, address and telephone number of at least one person designated by the parent to contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached.
