An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on August 26, 2024.The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (5) children present and (2) staff. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (2) staff records.
