Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on January 27, 2025 and completed on January 27, 2025. The inspection started at 9:45 a.m. and concluded at 11:00 a.m. There were 32 children present and ten staff. The inspector reviewed eight staff records on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on February 4, 2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The center did not have a battery-operated radio.
