An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on November 14, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 71 children present with 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years. Staff 1, employed for more than 1 year, did not have documentation of requesting a central registry check from one state. Staff 4, employed for more than 1 year, did not have documentation of requesting a central registry check or a criminal history check from a one state.
