Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interview. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/06/21 and concluded on 09/02/2021. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 129 children present, ranging in ages from infant to school-age , with ratios being met. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
