Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:30 p.m. and ended at 2:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 new staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
