A complaint was received in the licensing office on 3/13/2024 regarding supervision. On 3/13/2024 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. There was a separate violation found during the investigation and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Based on interview, the provider did not record an injury or accident sustained by a child while at the family day home.
Evidence: The provider stated that a child had scratched themselves after pulling their mittens off in the crib. The provider confirmed that they did not complete an incident/injury report to document that injury.
