Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-11:30am. There were 18 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed finishing breakfast and playing freely. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
