Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 1:25pm-3:20pm. There were 19 children directly supervised by 6 staff.
The physical plant, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, and playing freely. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
