Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted on 11/14/2023 from 12:05PM - 1:40PM. 3 children (8pts) were in attendance with the Provider. The physical space, 3 children's records, Provider/household member documents, the evacuation map, evacuation drills, attendance records, the emergency preparedness plan, first aid supplies and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the Provider and going down for a nap. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
