A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Staff shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of employment. Staff 1, Staff 2, and Staff 3, employed over 4 months, did not have cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) that included an in person competency demonstration.
Plan of Correction: Staff will get CPR certification from an organization that has in person competency demonstration.
