Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Monitor Inspection on October 25, 2023. There were 38 children ages 5 months to 4 years old present under the direct care of 7 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records, along with any
requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
