Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 9:45am-10:45am with the provider on site. Two caregivers were present. Two caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. A child arrived at the end of the inspection. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, first aid kit and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. The caregivers have medication administration training certifications.
