Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/24/2024. There were a total of 4 children (8 points) observed with 1 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: cleaning up and playing. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child record was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
