Inspector Notes

A subsidy (SHSI) inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children (7 points) present with one caregiver.
Children were resting quietly during the inspection. 2 child records were reviewed. See Violation
Notice for non-compliance cited.
Rest mats, rest mat cover, crib, first aid kit, emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, emergency drills were all in compliance.
Model forms were provided for attendance and emergency evacuation drills.
The report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures.
